Praying for the Nation

“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head above all.” 1 Chronicles 29:11

Yes, Lord, every time we gather to pray, let us experience Your presence and power, in Jesus’ name. Thank you for these women!
THE NATION OF ISRAEL & all of God’s people:
Father, we set Israel before you. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6) We ask you, Lord, to secure her borders (Exodus 23:31). Protect Jerusalem from being divided (Joel 3:2). We pray for Israel’s leaders and people to have Your wisdom and revelation. May all mankind come to saving knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:1-4).
DECREE: Lord, we believe and agree for the people of Israel to come to know their Messiah, Yeshua (Isaiah 53). Your people are overcomers in Christ Jesus. We have the full armor of God upon us. Every limitation, barrier, hindrance and strategy of the enemy is broken off of us, in Jesus’ name. Our health, family, finances, relationships, friendships, properties and assets are fully protected, in Jesus’ name. We walk in the love, power and compassion of Jesus Christ. We choose to have grateful hearts. We choose to have a forgiving heart and walk humbly before You, our God. We are anointed, chosen and called of the Lord. We say YES daily to all You want to do in and through our lives. Amen
MINISTRIES / THE BODY OF CHRIST GLOBALLY & LOCALLY
Father, as Your Bride, align us with Your Word; the gospel and ministry of Jesus; Your promises; and the finished work of the cross (Eph 1:3; 2 Peter 1:2-4). Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within us! (Psalm 51:10) We repent if we have tolerated sin in ourselves and the people You’ve entrusted us to lead. Help us confess our sins so that we may be cleansed and healed (1 John 1:9; James 4:16, James 5:16). Help us commit individually and corporately to constantly renewing our minds as we refuse to conform to the pattern of the world. (Romans 12:2) Give us a powerful understanding of our righteousness that comes from what Christ has done for us. (1 Corinthians 1:30) Bring us corporately and individually under the refuge and strength of the fear of the Lord where we find wisdom and humility. (Proverbs 15:33; Proverbs 1:7; Proverbs 2:5; Proverbs 14:26) Help us to individually and corporately love in the way in which you define it according to 1 Corinthians 13. We aim for love as our highest goal, while desiring the special abilities the Spirit gives us. (1 Corinthians 14:1)
Holy Spirit, thank you for the Body of Christ unifying across denominations to work together. We ask for more! Unify us as Your Body. Break down every barrier, every wall that would divide us as Your body, but rather bring us to be one mind, united in thought and purpose. (1 Corinthians 1:10).We bind the spirits of false religion, doubt, competition, racism, apathy and fear, in Jesus name. Thank You for raising up ministers who will teach the whole counsel of God, exhort and disciple the Body of Christ to faithful obedience, and shepherd them with the love of Christ.
Lord, we ask for Your favor to rest upon every aspect of advancing Your Kingdom in our prayer, revival and reformation mission. We ask You for increase and expansion of all people and resources to fulfill the Kingdom assignments You have called us all to advance. We pray for protection over every leader, their marriage, their family, their health and finances. Thank you Lord for prospering us and our health as our soul prospers. (3 John 1:2)
We ask You that every leader, minister, church, Kingdom builder and organization will all walk in a greater measure of Your clarity, creativity, supernatural energy, strategy and Your perfect timing in all things. Lord, give us, the church body, new wineskin, empowering us to let go of expired systems. We receive the new wineskin and the new wine according to Mark 2:22. This includes new blueprints, new creative strategies, new paradigms, fresh wisdom, and an adjustment in how we think about You, others and ourselves. We bind our feet to the word as our lamp and path. (Psalm 119:105) Forgive us for being prideful and stubborn when You’ve invited us to step into the new thing You are doing. Help our church leaders and each of us to perceive and receive the new thing You have for us and the body of Christ! (Isaiah 43:19)
DECREE: As the Word of God is shared, we decree and declare that churches, ministries and their teams will walk in the boldness of Jesus Christ, humility, unity and see signs, wonders and miracles as the gospel is preached unapologetically. We declare the youth will boldly lead their families and friends to Jesus through a deep commitment to prayer, the presence of God, the word, and discipleship. We decree that an army of Jesus followers will be mobilized into prayer, adoption/ foster care, discipleship and leadership. The family members of this army will be saved, healed, delivered, and free to free others. We pray that the men, the Mordecai’s would take their place and the children will be trained up in the truth of God’s Word and prayer. Families will pray together, heal together, grow spiritually together, and pour out to others together.
REVIVAL, REFORMATION & THE HARVEST OF SOULS
Lord, bring forth a great harvest of souls in all the nations. We call for the laborers to be thrust into the harvest fields according to John 4:35 and Luke 10:2. We cry out for the lost to be saved. Lord, we ask You to give us a grief and a sorrow for the lost, overwhelming us with boldness and compassion to declare the gospel with love, humility, and power (Romans 9:1-3). We ask You to bring reformation to every sphere of society by (1) placing righteous leaders in the highest places of influence at the top of each type of sphere (2) providing heavenly strategies and (3) providing a constant flow of abundant resources. We thank You for reforming and transforming every sphere of society into a kingdom culture.
You have not given Your Church a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We repent for having fear over anything and we reject every form of fear as Your Bride. We declare a release of the Holy Spirit to shed the revelation of the Fatherhood of God into our hearts, freeing us from lies, the spirit of abandonment, and the orphan spirit, in Jesus name. We are sons and daughters of God who fully trust in You.
Father, stir up a spiritual hunger in every believer and draw us to You. We repent for self-promotion, self-reliance, and any type of striving. We ask You to give us genuine faith and release a pure prayer and fasting movement within us, both individually and corporately. (James 5:16)
Holy Spirit, we plead the blood of Jesus over every sphere of culture. Bring salvation to our families, business leaders, government officials, educators, journalists, public media figures, entertainers, artists, musicians, healthcare professionals, and religious leaders. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
DECREE: In Jesus name, we decree that the active, holy, and powerful conviction of the Holy Spirit is visiting every individual with true encounters with Christ. Father, we declare, according to Luke 4:18, that the Spirit of the Lord is upon us– enabling us to preach the good news in power. You’ve anointed us to heal the broken hearted, to recover sight to the blind, and to set the captives free.
THE FAMILY
We pray for wisdom to reconcile family relationships. Teach us how to speak life into others. Lord, we agree with Your word in Isaiah 54:13 that all of our children and grandchildren will be taught by You and have great peace!
We sever ourselves and our family members from the spirits of sexual immorality, perversion, conflict, rebellion, negativity, infirmity, addiction, abuse, strife, rage, manipulation, death and suicide. Lord, release unity, obedience, abundance, provision, health, purpose, clarity, generosity, commitment, honor, love, peace and patience into us and our families. (Psalm 133).
DECREE: We decree that marriages and families are blessed with the love, joy, peace and grace of Jesus Christ. Every home is filled with the presence of God, prayer and the Word. We decree that every member and every life conceived is honored, protected, nurtured and loved.
ALL GOVERNMENTS
Lord, bring all civic leaders to salvation - that they may know You and be filled with righteous and wise motives for every decision. We pray that leaders, from national to local governments, will respect and honor You as Lord and Your Word as truth according to Psalm 119:57 and Psalm 33:1.
Holy Spirit, we ask You to raise up leaders in every government office and position who are knowledgeable of Your Word, committed to obeying You in every instance no matter the cost, and determined to use their position to affect change. We pray against the spirits of intimidation, pride, and ungodly power from operating in government.
Holy Spirit, give the believers who are currently working in the government an extra measure of strength and courage to stand against ungodly actions. Give them a community of other believers from which to draw strength and counsel and enable them to present the truth to non-believers.
Let righteousness and justice, the foundation of Your throne, be reestablished in our country, specifically in the Supreme Court and law enforcement according to Psalm 89:14 and Psalm 97:2.
We ask You to surround Your people and the nations with a wall of protective fire and protect us against invasion of any and every ungodly agenda according to Zechariah 2:5.
DECREE: In Jesus name, we decree that righteousness thrives in the land in every realm of life and that lawlessness and corruption have no place. We decree every godly business and enterprise flourishes and every corrupt business and enterprise is exposed and falls. We decree prosperity and fruitfulness in our nation as a result of godliness, in order for every individual to have all they need.
OUR EDUCATION SYSTEMS SCHOOL BOARDS / TEACHERS / STUDENTS
Lord, equip the believers who have dedicated their lives to teaching others (parents, teachers, professors, pastors, etc.) with the understanding necessary to explain Biblical truth and give them creative ways to introduce the truth. Connect believers young and old to Matthew 5:16, causing a boldness of light to rise within them. May their light shine before others, that they may see their good works and glorify our Father in heaven. Holy Spirit, raise up more teachers – in the home, at school, and in the church – who are passionate about proclaiming the truths of Christ and who are competent, wise, patient, and humble.
Lord, we ask You to make our colleges and universities centers for revival rather than for the tearing down of the faith. Lord, work through Christian groups and churches to bring thousands of young men and women to faith and discipleship so that Christian students will stand strong for their faith and grow in profound ways.
We ask for Your protection and we bind the spirits of confusion, fear, pride and deception over our education systems as a whole. According to Isaiah 54:14, our enemies stay far away from our students and administration. They live each day in peace. Terror does not come near them!
DECREE: In Jesus name, we decree that education leaders, systems, and institutions are being filled with Kingdom values, wisdom, conviction, and truth. We decree that the Holy Spirit will use godly teachers, professors and faculty members as a mighty force for good and we believe a new standard is rising up.
PERSONAL REVIVAL & YES!
Lord, we ask You for a surrendered heart and a burning hunger for Your Word and presence. We receive a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit (Acts 2:38).
We repent of and renounce the spirits of pride, control, offense, confusion, apathy or fear. Create a clean heart within us. Forgive us as we forgive others. We release all judgments we’ve held against others and repent of our opinions. Your Word is the truth, so we command all of our feelings and opinions to bow to Your Lordship.
We pray Your kingdom come and Your will be done in and through our lives. We refuse all accusations from the accusers of the brethern. Jesus, thank you for taking all accusations upon Yourself. You are our Lord.
We need Your supernatural strength, prophetic clarity, and divine insight. Bring us divine appointments and open our eyes to see and respond to who You’ve put in our path today.
Jesus, we accept your body and blood broken and poured out in love for us. It is an iron dome of protection against all that is not of You. Hallelujah that our warfare is joyfare!
For the Austin Metro area, in Jesus' Name:
Our Assignment & Identity - We declare that God has placed us here for His assignments in Central Texas for just such a time as this. We declare Austin is a city on a hill where the King of Glory resides.
We declare it is God's city! We declare that the Body of Christ in Austin is ready for revival. It is awake and alert, empowered by the fivefold gifts, ready to do all the good works written in heaven's book for this city, which belongs to God.
Our Commitment & Vision: We declare that God has put us together to accomplish a work that is far beyond what we can think or imagine. We commit to accomplishing that good work. We declare that we are sons and daughters of Issachar who understand the signs of the times.
We declare the city of Austin is blessed beyond measure, that it is called Beulah, married to the Lord. We declare it is a City of Refuge, where unbelievers from the nations will come to be saved, healed, delivered, and made whole.
Our Walk & Kingdom Authority - We declare that we will walk in humility, honoring one another as we step into this new season. We declare that our only agenda is advancing the Kingdom of God and seeing His will done.
We declare that He has placed His Spirit on us and that we are anointed to preach the good news to the poor, see the lame walk, the blind see, the brokenhearted healed, and the captives set free.
Expectation of Miracles - We declare that signs, wonders, healing, and creative miracles are meant to follow His people—and we declare we are His people. We come together with great expectation of miracles. We declare the joy of the Lord is our strength and determine to walk in His joy as we walk in unity.
Provision & Prayer - We declare that He is a God who will provide in abundance for His people to accomplish good works set for them before the beginning of time. We declare that we are candidates for uncommon favor and blessing.
We declare that God inhabits the praises of His people and desires that His house be called a house of prayer. We declare that this house will be called a house of prayer and will be multiplied across the city.
Spiritual Warfare & Victory - As a Body, we are ready to declare the manifold wisdom of God to all the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places. We agree that righteousness will rule in our city. We agree that wisdom stands in the gates. We agree that we are a mighty army who has risen to shine in the darkness.
We declare we are One in Spirit and in Jesus' name, we bind all spirits of Baal, anti-Christ, death, and destruction from operating in our territory. We also bind the spirits of suicide, murder, violence, and division. We bind every spirit of perversion, witchcraft, and divination. We bind fear, doubt, double-mindedness, and unbelief so that believers and pre-believers can hear the Word of the Lord.
Blessings Loosed - We declare we are one in the Father's love and in Jesus' Name, we loose the love, grace, and mercy of God to pour out into the city. We loose a river of living water which brings life wherever it flows. We loose a flood of the Spirit to overflow every believer. We loose a torrent of joy and the peace surpassing all understanding.
We loose angels to go forth and accomplish all that has been declared. We agree that God has risen over Austin and His enemies are scattering. But let the righteous be glad; let them be in good spirits before God.
We declare the Blood of Jesus will deliver us and protect us from all demonic evil. We declare victory in Jesus' Name, knowing we prevail against the gates of hell.
